1C Humbucker
Bartolini's first humbucker , unequal windings for a clear, clean tone that tends toward single coil less warmth in the mids than equal winding designs. These earlier humbuckers are well known for their high clarity and definition. They can bring out every nuance in the inner voices of complex chords. The attack and overall quality of tone is in the region between crisp, acoustic tone and the rounded, or "diffused", treble quality of vintage humbuckers.
