Maybe put some more time on timing than situps ; )
I see he’s using a little Ibanez. For a better workout, a Jazz Bass will give more “crunch”.

Wow Just wow. If you want to get fit and no time to practice for your upcoming gig this is the best thing to do, exercising while playing bass.
Next step, do it with a Rick! Add some weight to those abs! =P
