Hipshot

Founded in the U.S in 1983 by Dave Borisoff in a small shop originally located in Van Nuys, California Hipshot has become a household name in the world of bass hardware solutions. Pioneers of products like the D-Tuner for bass the brand has grown to support almost every hardware component found on an instrument from Bridges, Tuning Machines, String Trees, Thumb-Rests, and even knobs.

Currently stationed in Interlaken, New York, the company has grown from a small 2-man operation to over 25 employees and has manufactured and designed hardware for high end boutiqe manufacturers like Michael Tobias, Sadowsky, Lakland, Roscoe, ACG, Tino Tedesco, Jerzy Drozd, and Brubaker. They are also contracted to provide hardware from the larger industry manufacturers including Peavey, Fender, Cort, and Yamaha. This footprint in the market has established Hipshot as a serious contender in the music community.

Check out their shop tour below for a sneak peek at how Hipshot operates to provide you the quality bass hardware you desire.
