The One, the Only!

The BASS II is a precision, harmonically-tunable direct replacement bridge designed to enhance Fender Jazz and Precision Basses. The special music metal material was engineered to provide synergistic resonance mass and the most efficient sound transfer for tremendous increase in attack, sustain and clarity of notes, without changing the tone of the wood. The BASS II replaces the original bridge, and eliminates the inaccurate harmonic tuning caused by "round" shaped, and "roller" saddles of other bridges, interference of string ends contacting the bridge saddles, and unwanted side movement of strings and bridge saddles for the purest tone/sound transfer possible.

*Note: It is advised that the unslotted version be slotted by a tech to achieve the proper string break-angle. In some cases, the best string-to-pole piece alignment can be achieved with the unslotted version, as it is custom slotted by your tech.

leo quan badass bridge II

This bridge should be the standard bridge for all Fender basses. Why not? Why play a bass that's not in tune, stay in tune or does not sustain.
My first purchase from Best Bass Gear. The entire experience was excellent. Excellent tech support to answer all my questions regarding the bridge as was the purchase/shipping.
If and when I decide to get something for my Marcus Miller Jazz or 1962 reissued Precision bass, I'll definitely consult the pros at Best Bass Gear. Thanks.

Great Bridge!
By Chris from on 12/24/2013
I love this bridge. Can be installed easily with the right files and some time.I chose it for the saddle adjustment to clear up a Fender Jazz bass that had bridge issues. No more need for blue loctite to keep saddle height set. Intonation is easy with the screws having long travel and fine increment/decrement.Base plate height is slightly higher than Fender bridge. I chose not to route the body, but rather shim the neck slightly to adjust for the raised base.Love this bridge!

The Leo Quan bridge is the best for me, it sustains well, it strobe tunes well, I haven't had issues with it moving from vibration either, there are other great bridges, but my favorite is the Badass.
