Dig the Tone Styler
By Charlie Schofield from on 1/17/2014
It works better with one or both pickups cranked up. I find that if I turn the tone control up all the way (flat) and eq my amp to sound nice and "Marcus/modern", as you work your way progressively through the detented clicks, you can get several useful sounds out of it. I love it! I wouldn't mind having one on my other passive (Fender) basses. Pricy, but very cool!

review of stellartone

This is gonna be a quick review of the stellartone... For all of you guys interested in it, its a pretty good tone control, for a passive system. I'll be honest though, when i first put it in, they all sounded pretty much the same... But after playing with the pickup balance, and really listening in on the tone, this thing rocks.I wont say buy this; what i will stay is stop wasting time and practice with what you already have. Welp, help that helps... God bless~
