She has played bass for years and I wanted to build a bass so this is the end result.  It is a neck through design with an obvious Ibanez SR styling to it.  The neck is laminated maple and walnut with a walnut headstock veneer.  The fingerboard is inlayed with mother of pearl butterflies and crushed stone accents and lines.  The body wings are made from layered mahogany, maple, wenge, maple, and finally walnut on top.
