But then someone tried to create an aged look with a little sandpaper. Then apparently when that wasn&#8217;t enough they decided the problem was the lack of red and green paint.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s certainly a unique look, and maybe if you&#8217;re in a DIY punk band you could make it work, but Mr. Schneebly had other plans.<\/p>\n<p>After stripping the paint, sanding it down, and staining it, he found a nice looking bass underneath.
