The young lady was <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/jeriellsworth\">Jeri Ellsworth<\/a>, the contraption was a Commodore\u00a064 Bass Keytair.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The difference in this from any old keytair is that I&#8217;m doing a frequency count on every each string, so each string has a piezo pickup,&#8221; Jeri said <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And then I&#8217;m doing a frequency count to determine what nots being played, and then I&#8217;m resampling it through the original Commodore 64 sound chip.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ve got to hand it to her for the unique design and build.
