This week’s BotW comes from Francesco Hygen Puddu of Oslo, Norway.<\/p>\n

“It’s a more international effort, and you at Best Bass Gear were instrumental in making it happen! The neck is made in UK by Status Graphite: it is a stock 5-string graphite replacement neck for Music Man basses, the only custom touch being a dot at the first fret on the side of the neck.<\/em><\/p>\n

The body is made in Naples, Italy by a great luthier: Gaetano Costanzo. He used a very light American ash for the back of the body and a 1 cm thick face of olive burl, which must be thousands of years old!<\/em><\/p>\n

You guys provided the Hipshot tuners, a custom Hipshot bridge with the correct string spacing and the Delano hybrid electronics. Thank you very much!<\/em><\/p>\n

So, an Italian body, a british neck, American hardware and German electronics: it doesn’t get much more international than this.”<\/em><\/p>\n
