I&#8217;ve not once ever seen a bass player in any band act like a prima donna. Whenever band drama happens, what I usually see is the bass player dude standing there, not saying anything (very much on purpose), watching everyone else argue, then at one point he says, &#8220;F**k this, I&#8217;m going out for a beer&#8221;, and does just that. He returns later and hopefully by that point the argument between the other band mates is over. If he doesn&#8217;t duck out for a brew, alternatively he&#8217;ll (try to) act as the diplomat and do the &#8220;Hey, let&#8217;s all just get along&#8221; thing. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>Bass players are not a source of band drama.
