I say that because the author, Danny, did not state his location, although his email signature was in Russian. Want to show you my first bass. It’s a 5-string short scale 33′ 26-fretted soloing piece. I’m an engineer and my hobby is woodworking. No matter what I do, I’m just satisfied in woodworking. And I’m a bassist too, playing in hip-hop band. One day I got an idea “What if I would try to make a fully customized bass just for me?”, and spent the next 3 months of my free time in my garage trying to make first instrument. And you know, it sounds perfect, it was a surprise for me, like “Who are you? You can’t make a bass. You’re just a simple man, you know.” So it was my first bass, and I keep playing on that all the time, but keep making basses for people.<\/p>\n

It’s about a 33′ bass. I wanted to build a Gwizdala-like bass. And I’ve made it.<\/p>\n
