It may have a “body like a Mousetrap”, but believe me, this BotW has wood that is far superior than any that was ever used to catch a mouse with. \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n

So I went to a local show (Taproot) and the bassist’s bass<\/a> (Phil Lipscomb) really caught my eye. It looked amazing and sounded great as well. It was definitely a breath of fresh air as the area of the country that I\u2019m in doesn’t usually get good shows and even more rarely does a bass on stage actually intrigue me. <\/p>\n

I chit chatted with Phil for a while after the show and he put in contact with the Matt Kiefer, the luthier of the bass he was playing (Better Mousetrap Guitars). To shorten the story, a few weeks later my deposit was sent to Matt and the anxiety began. Matt at Better MouseTrap Guitars has been outstanding with excellent communication, patience, and attention to detail. A true class act. I cannot speak highly enough of him. <\/p>\n

The wait has been a wild ride, but I am so very pleased with the outcome. It\u2019s such a gorgeous instrument. The wait has only been around 4 months and it will be delivered in a couple weeks personally by the band Taproot at their next show that is relatively near me (5 hours away). I know Matt custom ordered the Nordstrand pickups through you guys as the spacing is not standard for Nordstrand. <\/p>\n
