Last year, we donated some parts to Nauset Regional High School in North Eastham, Massachusetts, and the end result was some pretty cool bass guitars.<\/p>\n

Here is a picture of Brian. His bass was ash with a wenge face. Your pickups and hardware, passively wired.<\/p>\n

What was even cooler about Brian’s bass is that he did an outstanding job. Probably the best action of any of the instruments built this last school year, and the combination of the Barts and ash body made this bass a real booty shaker. For him to build such a great instrument is impressive!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

So here’s a picture of ‘JTrain’ playing his BestBassGear donated bass.<\/p>\n

This is made from ash with a curly maple face. The neck is quarter sawn maple with indian rosewood fingerboard, and a curly maple faceplate on the headstock.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We at Best Bass Gear love it when the younger generation continues the tradition of crafting instruments. <\/p>\n
