Reasons can vary for why the return happened, and in Sheldon&#8217;s story as described in the video below, it was about the balance of the instrument.<\/p>\n<p>Sheldon learned the lesson of bass balance from the experience and the knowledge gained is now put into every Dingwall made.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes lessons are learned the hard way, and every bass builder that crafts and sells instruments goes through this. You could even say that it&#8217;s necessary for it to happen.
