It was another busy month here at eBass, full of great basses, tips and tricks, and some awesome new gear.
Master builder John K from John K Vintage Basses talked with us about his experiences with Leo Fender, building custom basses, and the subtle differences in wood selection.
We had a few laughs with some bass memes, picking out some of The Many Bass Faces, joking about putting stickers on your bass, and of course a little condescending Wonka.
There was some awesome new gear like Nordstand’s 2B-MM preamp, and a couple great packages in the EBS Reidmar + ClassicLine stacks and the Victor Wooton Pickup Combos.
We continued our Gig Bag Essentials Series, looking at the those things that you just have to have in your gig bag before heading to a show. This month’s additions were a Tool Kit, 9-volt Batteries, and an Extra Cable.
Our BotW selections this month included Derek Greene’s Custom Build, Sheridan Basses’ Zajj Deluxe, Patrick Conway’s Dawg Bass, and Samantha Cay’s Fretless Fender P. Plus we checked on an incredible build, Tony Cochran’s Greyhoundcaster.
