The Sadowsky Outboard Bass Preamp/DI Pedal contains the same famous circuitry built into every Sadowsky bass. Housed in a small footpedal box for use on the floor, it measures just 4.5" x 4.5" x 2.25" and weighs 1.5 pounds. Nice, compact little box. Built like a tank. Works exactly as described. Great sound, especially for when you want the bass to stand out.

all my guitars,It rounds out all the Ruff edges with that mellow Sadowsky sound.The only draw back I see is the battery box only hold narrow
9 volts other than that it Rocks!
It's really great preamp! No much controls, but it simply works. My MIM Jazz Bass sounds deeper, jucier with Sadowsky preamp. Slap is amazing :)

I only can complain on feeling weak pots, but as I know, they are not placed on case -- solderd directly on the PCB.
