Fender Basses have defined the electric bass since its invention. Lindy Fralin's Jazz Bass Replacement Style and P-Bass Style replacement pickups offer a loud, clear and even response to four string bass players. Using ALNICO V magnets and 42 gauge Heavy Formvar wire, they are all hand wound to vintage specifications.
4 String J Bass Replacement Pickups are wound to 8 K neck and 8.5 K bridge.
5 String J Bass Replacement Pickups are wound to 9.3 K neck and 9.8 K bridge. These are sized for Fender 5 Replacement (also many others) that have a bridge pickup length = 4.1" and a neck pickup length = 3.9".
P Bass Replacement Pickups are wound to10 K.
'Split' pickups are humcancelling pickups that contain two coils.
'Raised Poles' are a version of the single coil 4 string J pickup that has raised pole pieces on the A and D strings to compensate for tight radiused J basses.
