Product Returns

Please direct all requests for returns or exchanges to sales@bestbassgear.com



Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If an item is used, it will not be considered for refund or exchange.

Please, do not return an item without emailing us and getting a return authorization. If we have to reject the return, we don't want you to have to pay for shipping twice. It's simpler if you email us first so we can work with you on the return.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Note: If you received free shipping on your initial order, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

US customer returns will be accessed charges for shipping if the original order qualified for free shipping..

Item must be in absolutely new condition to be eligible for refund, complete with original documentation, packaging and invoice sent with product.

Pickups cannot be returned if wires have been cut, or if there is ANY wear making the item not sell-able as "new".

All custom assembled and manufacturer assembled preamp products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any preamps altered in any way cannot be returned.

Special Order items cannot be returned.

Labor fees for pre-wiring or any work done is not refundable.
