Aero Type 4A PE and Type 4A JB4-B P/J Pickup Set

The Type 4A PE Bass is a replacement pickup for 4-String Fender Precision Basses, and other P-basses. These utilize Alnico V Rectangle magnet's and are built by hand to provide the highest quality available for P-bass.

Tonally similar to the Type 1 PE Bass but utilizes larger 1/4" Alnico V pole pieces.

This pickup is intended for 19.00mm spacing measured over the neck pickup.

The Type 4A JB4-B is a 'long' sized Jazz bass pickup intended for the bridge position on 4-string Jazz basses. These utilize 1/4" Alnico V magnet's and are built by hand to provide the highest quality available for Jazz bass.

Tonally these are different than the Type 1, and Type 2's, Type 3's as they have a narrower field than the Type 4's and utilize larger pole pieces.

This pickup is intended for 19.80mm spacing measured over the bridge pickup.

Please check the physical size of the pickups you want to replace to make sure the replacements fit properly.
