    Great preamp
    By Chris from on 2/19/2016
Excellent preamp! Very clear and sweet sounding with just enough boost and cut for the treble/bass EQ. Very usable in a live setting, and dead quiet. What's amazing to me is this preamp gets up to 1200 hours of battery life. Astounding! Really the best bang for the buck I've found, and I've used LOTS of other preamps. I currently have this preamp in two of my main basses---a mid 80's MIM Fender Jazz, and a 2015 Carvin PB-5--both with Bartolini pickups. I've played in both small (80 people) and large (3000+) venues and the Noll preamp NEVER fails to disappoint.
