Bartolini 'B-Axis' Humcancelling Pickups

Based on the Original 1970’s Bartolini HI-A design, the B-axis series Precision Bass® (P Bass® ) and Jazz Bass® ( J Bass® ) have gained the interest of highly respected by musicians and luthiers alike for their Huge Punchy Tone, Precise Articulation, Rich Harmonics, and Incredible Versatility.

They feature a new fully encapsulated Alnico V exposed pole piece design. The B-axis series bass pickups are passive designs. They are cast in epoxy to remove unwanted feedback and microphonics.

9 Jazz L/S (Long/Short) – J44J L/S, J45J L/S “4 String” size

• The J44J L/S fits the vast majority of Fender and “Fender Style” 4 string Jazz Basses requiring one long and one short J style pickups
• The J44J L/S is intended for 19mm Bridge String Spacing. String Spacing E-Center to G-Center = 53.2mm over Neck Pickup. String Spacing E-Center to G-Center = 56.5mm over Bridge Pickup
• The J45J L/S fits many non-Fender “Fender Style” 5 string Jazz Basses requiring one long and one short J style pickups
• The J45J L/S is intended for 18mm Bridge String Spacing. String Spacing B-Center to G-Center = 66.7mm over Neck Pickup. String Spacing B-Center to G-Center = 70.4mm over Bridge Pickup
