The dual coil design offers deep tone.

The “Original Series” bass pickups with passive designs. They are cast in epoxy to remove unwanted feedback and microphonics.

Please check the physical size of the pickups you want to replace to make sure the replacements fit properly.

Ernie Ball 5 – 74MV5C, “5 String” size

• The 74MV5C is the Music Man® style bass replacement pickup. It fits 5-string Music Man StingRay basses up to 1992 & “Classic Collection” basses.
• The 74MV5C is designed for up to 74mm string width at the pickup

Musicman 4 – MMC, 72MM5C “ 4 & 5 String ” size

• The MMC is a Music Man® StingRay® bass replacement pickup.
• The 72MM5C is a 5 String pickup built into the 4 String Music Man® StingRay® shell size.

Musicman Extended – 76DL5C, “ 5 String ” size

• The 76DL5C is the Music Man® style bass replacement pickup. It fits most 5-string Music Man StingRay basses after 1992 (Note: this pickup has three separate mounting ears) and it fits some Lakland and Tobis basses.
