American Vintage 62 Jazz Bass detent spring plate

The detent plate is a simple, elegant solution to an adjustment difficulty with the stacked pots of the early 1960s Jazz Bass from Fender. This reviewer is surprised to not have learned of these long ago. With a number of excellent upgrades, this reviewer's Jazz basses have become a complete joy to play and these detents might be the finishing touch. There is a beater generic Jazz bass hanging on the nearby wall, it might become this reviewer's way of keeping a hand in the game of improving the world's Jazz basses, stay tuned . . . and thanks.
