Glockenklang:3 Band Stacked
By Mark Hardin
This replaced the preamp is a Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass - one with a bridge humbucker and p-bass neck pickup with a jazz neck. The humbucker was never very useful until the switch out. Now it has come to life and blends great with the p-bass pu - very tight and rich sounding

I originally ordered the Bartolini preamp, but it was out of stock. Glad I made the switch to the Glockenklang. It was tough to fit into the guitar cavity, but well worth the effort. I would do it again.

Glockenklang Review
By Fabio Olczewski
I have been considering Glockenklang Preamp as one of a few other preamps that are out there. I have just tried it on one of my basses, it is absolutely perfect and suites my need that emphasizes on amplifing more the original sound character of the bass itself than giving it color.

Before the original preamp was only a 2 band, now I can explore more with the three band Glockenklang. Thanks bestbassgear team!

Glockenklang Bass Preamp 3 Band Stacked
By Jeffrey Bishop
I have used this preamp on a number of bass builds. There are a couple of things I particularly like about this unit. One is that is has a great bass center frequency at 40 Hz which yields some great low end that is very tight and punchy. In addition, it has a push/pul volume pot to take it from active to passive. It is very easy on batteries. I find it to be a winner. I have paired this quite successfully with Bartolini and Lindy Fralin pickups.
